I had a wonderful Mother's Day this year. Scott and the boys had truly outdone themselves. My day started out with us checking out a house. Then we went to Longview Park to check out a new playground. After playing and enjoying great weather we headed home for naps and lunch.
After naps I took the big boys to the playground to burn a little energy before dinner. Scott ace some awesome beef faijatas and strawberry margaritas for dinner. It was a great Mothers a Day with all of my boys!

Under Contract
We have had a week of "coming soon" to get projects completed around the house and we even bumped up our live date due to houses selling like hot cakes in our neighborhood. The housing market in stl is a sellers market since inventory is so low.
And now we are officially under contract on our house. It took 1 day of showings, 18 showings and 3 offers on our house. We were completely shocked when we received all 3 offers of asking price or above. Our agent, Sarah, has been amazing and motivating for us throughout the process. She had the right process set in place for us from the minute we signed with her.
Now we have to get through the inspections and closing.

6 Months
Mr. T turn 6 months old and is such a happy baby. He has been with us only half a year, but it really feels like he has always been here. He loves watching his brothers do everything. He is only fussy when he is hungry, wet or tired - just like anyone else. He had his 6 month check up and he weighed in at 18lbs (65%), height was 28in long (99%)! We have a very tall kid and is quickly outgrowing all 6 month clothes.
Happy Half Birthday Thomas Q!

Easter 2017
The Easter Bunny was very good to the boys this year! Their baskets were filled with Cardinals gear and chocolate from Crown Candy. The bunny must really like them.
Gabriel was very excited about his Cardinals street sign.
Bennett got a new Cardinals hat.
The annual chocolate monkey from Crown Candy.
We had Nana and Grandpa Ron over for the Blues/Cardinals game and Easter Dinner. The Easter Bunny even visited Nana's house this year. The boys received some awesome sidewalk chalk and coloring books.
We finished dinner with a Federhofer's cake. The cake was amazingly good. Even Gabriel ate his entire piece for the first time ever. The sugar high lasted 3 plus hours. Scott took the boys to a playground to run. Gabriel proceeded to run around saying he was The Flash!
It was a great Easter with the family.

Easter Egg Hunt
The MOPs (Moms of Preschool Students) group that I belong to is in charge of the St. Monica's Easter egg hunt. This year the boys were old enough to enjoy the hunt.
They were divided by age and Bennett got to go first. I took him over to get ready. He was a little nervous, but he quickly figured it out and got a ton of eggs. Gabriel was able to grab a ton of eggs as well.
Our first Easter Egg Hunt was a success.

Tons of Trucks
We attended Ton of Trucks, held by the Ballwin Parks and Recreation at the Target next to where we get haircuts. We tried to go last year, however it was insanely crowded and we couldn't even get a parking spot. This year the location and space was so much better.
The boys enjoyed seeing the trucks and loved the idea of getting inside them, but waiting was not ideal. Here was a bunch of police trucks, scoopers, fire truck and ambulance.
