Easter Egg Hunt

The MOPs (Moms of Preschool Students) group that I belong to is in charge of the St. Monica's Easter egg hunt.  This year the boys were old enough to enjoy the hunt.

They were divided by age and Bennett got to go first.  I took him over to get ready.  He was a little nervous, but he quickly figured it out and got a ton of eggs.  Gabriel was able to grab a ton of eggs as well.

Our first Easter Egg Hunt was a success.

January

I am not a fan of January.  I'm pretty sure I say this yearly.  It's a forever long month after a seasons of fun and busyness. So, since we didn't do much during the month here is all the random pictures of the boys.

Thomas learned to smile.  He is usually a pretty happy kid.

The older boys are still pretty into him.

Gabriel and Bennett have been playing outside when the weather allows.

Preschool Christmas Fun

Gabriel had his first school performance.  It was a breakfast with family, then a few songs and Santa came with presents for the kids.  Gabriel had invited Nana and Grandpa Ron to join in the fun.  We love Gabe's school, the morning was fun for everyone.  They even volunteered to watch siblings for the last hour so parents could have an hour of free time.  Needless to say, we left Bennett at school with Gabriel.  What a great day!

Gabriel's class lined up to sing.

Santa brought the siblings presents too.

17 Weeks

Baby update!  We went to the doctor this week for a 17 week check up and QUAD test.

Size of Baby: Sweet potato (5.5in, 5oz)

Total Weight Gain: Gained my 2lbs back

Continuing Symptoms: Not sleeping well, frequent urination, some nausea

New Symptoms This Week:  Legs are a little stiff when I wake up at night - taking extra calcium to try to reduce that

Maternity Clothes: Haven't bought any new clothes but pants are finally getting tighter

Sleep: Still exhausted and in bed by 8:30PM but I wake up so often to go to the bathroom at night and hear the dog moving that I'm sometimes unable to get back to sleep.

What I'm Eating: This week I've been eating Chef Boyardee ravioli's and goldfish.  I think I have the appetite of a 5-year-old.  But at least most things aren't making me sick to my stomach.

Cravings: Goldfish crackers, ravioli's

Movement: not sure if I'm feeling movement or gas movement

Labor Signs: Nada
