7 months old

Our not so little, little man keeps getting bigger.  We hit the 7 month milestone and Bennett is the size of a 9 month old, at least in clothing.  He is eating and sometimes liking Stage 1 foods.  He really likes fruits and could do without the vegetables.  The only person that can get him to eat a lot of the veggies is Scott. He will sit there and keep his mouth tightly shut if its me or Mary trying to feed him.  It's a good thing he is so darn cute.

Bennett is so close to crawling.  He gets on all 4s but just can't figure out the forward motion.  I'm not rushing this at all.  As long as he crawls in front of Scott I don't care.  Scott missed Gabe crawling because he was in Australia.  I don't think it will take B two months to crawl, so we are safe.  Bennett loves to play with Scott and Gabe.  We think he feels left out if he has to sit on the couch and watch Scott and Gabe rough house.  

He loves Reily.  Reily is very protective of Bennett.  She will let him pull on her and grab at her and not even flinch.  If it was Gabe, she would have snapped.  It's interesting to see her change based on which boy is around.

Bennett has become very playful.  He loves to sit and play with Sofie or a butterfly toy we have.  He is very animated and very ticklish.  His laugh is so cute, we love hearing it.

He won't go to the doctor for a check up until 9 months (August).  So I'm betting he is about 29inches long, at least 20lbs - chunker.  And still the happiest and easiest baby.
